My care plans and online courses include guidance on the five core areas of Integrative Medicine. Nutrition and lifestyle are the main focus, followed by exercise, sleep, stress management and mind-body connection. Guidance on botanical supplements, complementary therapies, and reduction of environmental toxins are also included.

Unfortunately, no. This is a consulting based wellness platform focused on education and natural protocols. I will help you get to the root cause of your symptoms and triggers so you can be on your path to healing. I also do not manage any prescription medications, and would defer that to your local primary care provider.

Labs are not included in the package price. However, labs may be ordered if mutually agreed upon and would be completed through an outside lab service.

We are considered an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance or Medicare/Medicaid, meaning that you would pay out-of-pocket at the time of your visit. A claim to Medicare cannot be submitted for my services.

Our practice model is designed to be HSA/FSA and HRA eligible. Please check with your tax expert or plan administrator regarding eligibility to use funds.
